1. When customers are interested in us and would like to have further contacts?
Welcome clients to visit our factory from all over the world and we can provide the pick up and delivery service from airport or appointed hotel.
2. How to place an order when satisfied with our products?
Once sample approved, client make deposit or issue L/C after receiving our PI; delivery time of conventional order is around 35 - 60 days depends on qty of each order, if an urgent order, we can make appropriate adjustments according to quantity and operation procedure; Arrange shipment and prepare corresponding shipping documents such as BL, Certificate of Original and PL.
3. Research & Development Time and Support
Clients choose our available open molding products, it takes only 3 or 5 days to approve samples and we accept free of charge for samples in terms of sample quantities is less than 3.
Customer personalized design, it takes 25 days to collaborate to build new tooling. If your order meet 20 feet container, we can share half of the development cost, or if you can place the order for 40 feet container, we will bare all development costs.
4. What is your payment term?
Payment terms are different according to different situation. Usually, there are two ways to facilitate the clients to choose, the first one is to pay 30% advance deposit when placing a new order, balance 70% paid before shipment; the second one is to issue L/C. 5. How do you arrange the shipment
We arrange the shipment based on the instruction of order confirmation. With reference to FOB term, we will responsible for all local charges; on CIF or CFR terms, we will in charge of the shipment to the port of destination.
6. What is your standard inspection?
Before shipment all of our finished helmets will be full inspected. We start quality control from raw material to ensure the quality of each component. With full set of advanced inspection equipment, including test machine to proceed the testing of hot and cold temperature.
7. What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
For any kinds of complaints from clients, our sales department will solve the problems as soon as possible. We make a promise that we will responsible for all if it is indeed quality problems to avoid let customer in a passive situation.
8. What is the MOQ of Sunning, can you produce a small order like 500pcs?
Normally our MOQ is 100pcs/model/color, if less than this quantity will increase production cost which is not so economic for you about unit price.
